Cayin CS-55CD

€1,479.00

The Cayin CS-55CD opens up sound quality in a class of its own, even when we're talking about entry level. It is designed to work with the integrated amplifiers from the CS, MA and LA series. The D/A conversion itself is done by a Texas Instruments PCM5101 chipset (32bit/384kHz), which indeed forms the heart of the machine.

Cayin has been developing tube amplifiers for many years and is probably one of the absolute leaders in this field today. Of course, the CD players should not be fooled by this and that is why Cayin's technical crew has equipped the analog final staircase with a 12AU7 tube. Yes please!
